REPUBLICANS, WAKE UP, GET AN INJUNCTION TO STOP THE USE OF DOMINION VOTING MACHINES IN THE UNITED STATES UNTIL THE 22% ERROR AND CYBER VULNERABILITY ARE STOPPED!
On May 24, 2022 DeKalb County race for Commission District 2 there were 3 candidates; Michelle Spears, Lauren Alexander, and Marshall Orson, political affiliation in this situation doesn’t matter. This is about the Dominion voting machines that were and are utilized for most all elections in these United States!
According to a report by the Atlanta Journal – Constitution on May 27, 2022 there were 12,639 votes cast. According to the Dominion Voting Machines utilized, those votes were as follows:
12,639 votes cast
Marshall Orson 5,226 (41.3%)
Lauren Alexander 4,382 (34.7%)
Michelle Spears 3,031 (24%)
Michelle Spears did not believe the results. She conducted a paper audit herself when her voting district showed zero votes for her when she and her husband did in fact vote for her. She then demanded and received a paper recount. The recount results show a whopping 22% error or 2,677 VOTE difference between the actual paper ballots cast and the Dominion machine voting result! The recount results as follows:
Michelle Spears 6,651 (43%)
Lauren Alexander 4,737 (30.9%)
Marshall Orson 3,928 (25.6%)
Total Votes actually cast: 15,316
That’s a difference of 2,677 votes.
For purposes of this argument, the political affiliation is NOT an issue. Gender is not an issue. Race is not an issue and for now, the WHY is not an issue. The fact is the voting machines were WRONG! We cannot let that go nor tolerate that …period!
The WHY could be fraud, accidental, Big Foot, or aliens but we cannot use these machines for voting…use paper ballots and move now to do it. Paper ballots are already approved!
The issue is and apparently will continue to be, that the Dominion voting machines are NOT reliable. Had it not been for the initiative of the biggest victim, Michelle Spears, in all probability and in my opinion, it would have gone on undetected.
Again, the Dominion results are what the Dominion vote tallies show! That’s a fact! The actual ballots were manually counted and those results are as accurate as we can possibly be when it comes to voting. That’s a fact. The issue is the Dominion voting machines are, in this instance, 22% WRONG!’
The excuses, not viable explanations, reported by the Atlanta Journal are:
“Due to an unfortunate series of events starting with census delays, late districting changes by the DeKalb delegation in the legislature, redistricting issues leading to the need for a dual election project, and a candidate withdrawing (and Big Foot, my edit), DeKalb County had to revert to a hand count to ensure accurate results in the County Commission District 2 race. The issue necessitating the hand count should have been caught by earlier checks in the process, but it was not. However, it was caught (but not by the Board of Elections, my edit), as soon as election returns started to come in (not true, my edit)…”
If this were the only suspicious issue with the Dominion Machines, that would be different. However, the Probable Cause (PC) that these voting machines are NOT secure, not reliable is apparently, not in doubt! If they were not good enough for a DeKalb County 15,000 vote election is not in doubt! So how can they possibly be good enough for a 180,000,000 vote Presidential election?!
First of all, I personally viewed a former employee of Dominion on FOX NEWS demonstrate on two occasions, 2016 and 2020, how his former employee Dominion has set these voting machines so as to be easily and undetectably altered. That’s not all…there is much more. As a result of a law suit filed in Georgia Judge Amy Totenberg’s jurisdiction, before the May 2022 election, regarding Dominion Voting machines, Professor J Alex Halderman was allowed to examine Dominion voting machines (computers) for security risks. J Alex Halderman is professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan where he is also director of the Center for Computer Security and & Society. He has been studying Computer Cyber Security and has testifies before Congress regarding cyber susceptibility.
His report was filed with the court and showed that he found numerous vulnerabilities in security on the Dominion Computers. He also reported that he found no evidence that there has been hacking. His report does not however reflect an extensive examination of previous voter audits comparing actual paper votes to any computer votes. The Dominion voting demonstrations I viewed on FOX, show that the changes that were made were undetectable.
In the suit before the Judge, the US CISA, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency, requested and received permission from the court to examine the Halderman Report and seal it until they could file their report based upon their investigation. The Judge sealed it per their request.
Here’s some quotes from the CISA report:
SUMMARY:
“This advisory identifies vulnerabilities affecting versions of the Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite ImageCast X, which is an in-person voting system used to allow voters to mark their ballot. The ImageCast X can be configured to allow a voter to produce a paper record or to record votes electronically. While these vulnerabilities present risks that should be mitigated as soon as possible, CISA has no evidence that these vulnerabilities have been exploited in any elections.
Exploitation of these vulnerabilities would require physical access to individual ImageCast X devices, access to the Election Management System (EMS), or the ability to modify files before they are uploaded to ImageCast X devices. Jurisdictions can prevent and/or detect the exploitation of these vulnerabilities by diligently applying the mitigations recommended in this advisory, including technical, physical, and operational controls that limit unauthorized access or manipulation of voting systems. Many of these mitigations are already typically standard practice in jurisdictions where these devices are in use and can be enhanced to further guard against exploitation of these vulnerabilities.”
The paper printout, the above refers to, shows the vote in an unreadable Bar Code that reports who you voted for?!
Here’s the issue…my opinion, the reason the “CISA has no evidence that these vulnerabilities have been exploited in any elections”, is because they simply haven’t looked!
With what we have seen with voter fraud, what I have seen just from surveillance cameras, there is more than enough PC to get an injunction in Federal Court to delay any further use of Dominion Voting Computers just based upon what the Halderman and the CISA investigations agree with and determined.
By the way, these folks involved in this Georgia election…are all Democrats! You may want to join that Injunction!
