Assuming Faruqui’s book of faith is the Quran, which according to Deborah Cuevas Hill, President of the Washington Council of Lawyers, Faruqui is the first Muslim to become a Magistrate! There’s a reason for that! I want to believe it’s not a religion or society…it’s Islam! Where it’s’ against the law for a woman to be seen in public with no head cover and I saw a woman beheaded for that very thing… during the ISIS debacle!
Allow me to explain…this is the United States of America. We are a society that believes… indeed …that lives by a Christian book of faith that most choose (your choice of Bibles) …and Constitution, Bill of Rights and many laws. In our Constitution, IN THE VERY FIRST Amendment to the Constitution, it demands the Separation of Church and State. The first 10 Amendments are the “Bill of Rights” which guarantees “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”! Our choices (mostly Christian) … and a government of our choice …put together…they comprise our Constitutional Republic! Not perfect but what we want.
I have read the Quran many times and the reason it is so difficult is because Mohamed could neither read nor write so …his followers… followed him around, picked up bark from trees, whatever they could write on and put it together! Islam believes that Mohamed and his followers must obey the writings in the Quran, had to live the life he demands …hench the word Muslim, submit! And it’s no joke…these people, Muslims, will not stop until we are all dead…and that’s a fact. They are like trying to make friends with a rattlesnake! The Quran will send chills up your spine.
So, let’s pull this together…
Clearly no Muslim who believes in Islam, the Shuras, can be a US Citizen let alone hold ANY public office…let alone a Magistrate?! A Magistrate is NOT a Federal Judge appointed by the President AND approved by the Senate. He either believes in the Constitution or the Quran but CANNOT POSSIBLY BELIEVE IN BOTH …which is it?
Conflict of interest? Are you shitting me “Judge”? Our President is fighting a war…with your Islam brothers…the ones that want to kill all infidels…is that you or just us? The one that wants to RULE THE WORLD since Jesus Christ and Vienna …give me a break! The one we have been at war with for 50 recent years…the one who sent an Islamic assassin to kill my President…the one you believe he should be “treated” better…how do we know you aren’t involved? In fact, I believe there is Probable Cause (PC)…to open an investigation on YOU. There’s CERTAINLY enough PC for you to step down!
Another thing…as a very active FBI Agent and Supervisor …most every case I did, we went for a Magistrate warrant…unless it was a really big case…like a congressman, a lawyer, mayor, judge. When I was on the job, anything close to a politician… had to go to the Chief Judge?! Did you pull some strings to catch this case… why… do you know him?
I’m not certain but I really believe that this case… the attempted assassination of a sitting US President… has to be out of your league. There is no f–king way a Magistrate “Judge” would be asked to handle this case, my friend, zero chance…so …what did you have to do to catch it…hmmmm! What’s more, WHY, more PC, my friend.

I believe you need to recuse yourself…as I believe we may have a Hobbs Act case -Obstruction …Criminal Negligence… or something else! There is no way your Chief Justice should allow you to try to stick it to my President.
