MR. PRESIDENT,
I am seeing some major blunders by DOJ and FBI! It seems nobody understands the Immunity/Protection Laws. The ENTIRE, SOLE reason for Immunity or Pardon is so that a citizen can FREELY ADMIT HIS GUILT for crimes he committed WITHOUT repercussions in return for his testimony, cooperation, waiving his 5th Amendment Rights!
The “President or AG” has the power when it comes to Federal Criminal Law to force someone to talk!
If a subject is granted immunity, they must admit to their crimes, agree to testify and that they will give up their 5th Amendment Rights …it always comes with conditions, and they MUST swear TO TELL THE TRUTH. If he does not tell the truth, if he lies just once, if he changes his mind, if he pleads the 5th, they lose that immunity AND can be forced to comply by charging them with the crimes that he just swore he committed, starting with perjury! If he lies after being granted immunity …if he continues to refuse to answer truthfully, the Grand Jury then charges that defendant with the crimes “he admitted to committing” and is put in jail, with NO MORE delays …he spends the rest of this Grand Jury’s session, in jail!
It gets better …the Federal Judge, after the current Grand Jury time expires …brings in the new Grand Jury and defendant and asks if he wants to cooperate. If he doesn’t …the whole cycle starts again! It gets even better …there can be no bail. The entire term must be served this time around …each and every time!
I was going to get into all those treason crimes Obiden and his staff committed and name all the laws they violated, but CANNOT weasel their way out of, because… there is NOT a Statute of Limitation for Treason. There is NONE …and too many Democraps have committed too many acts of Treason to tie up the paper …right now. There is something that you MUST DO … that is to DESTROY Iran’s Sharia Law …period!
Mr. President, I know you do not want to hurt anybody BUT you took an oath to protect, defend, preserve the Constitution and all it represents. Sharia Muslims are taking over everything. You must stop them with that Proclamation …but THIS TIME stop ALL non-US “citizen Muslims” from entering. Here’s where we have an issue … a big issue! THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN “AMERICAN MUSLIM”! Our constitution demands a separation of church and state (“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,” first amendment). Now find that in the Quran …OOPS …. It’s not there. In fact, their book of faith demands the unification of what they call “religion” (Islam)?! Punishment for violating the Quran is death.
Now do the same with “Honor Killings” …the same as our “Bill of Rights …Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”!

Take custody of the entire country and keep everything energy related until WE recover from the battles …spoils of war. Nail down the islands of value, with the least threat capability (cannot back-shoot, so to speak).

On April 1,1979 (the BIGGEST APRIL FOOL EVER) …Jimmy Carter … virtually turned Iran over to the Ayatollah! I take that back …the BIGGEST DAMN FOOL …period! Carter …the IQ of fish! Carter’s staff led Carter to believe that the new Ayatollah was a humanitarian…!? Eight months later, the Ayatollah Khomeini turned his animals loose on the US Embassy in Iran, allowing them to kidnap “66”, mostly US Diplomats!
Mr. President, almost since the beginning, when Islam was created by Mohamed with 300 “soldiers” whose first battle, March 624 AD and Mohamed’s last alleged last was 632 AD.
The dates that events happened in Islam’s early life are vague, because there were no typewriters and get this, Mohamed could not read, nor write, nor spell. Some 1500 years ago Islam created death and destruction and were gaining followers!? The ISIS you destroyed is the first, true effort to stop Islam …their murderous efforts! Make Iran the next!
What makes Islam so dangerous is that they kill for profit …they make Al Capone look like child’s play. Where Al Capone followers killed some 10 people in the St Valentine’s Day Massacre, Islam killed 3,000… not on any special date!
Name one “religion” that kills you if you refuse to pay a “JIZYA”, BLACKMAIL! Islam is a criminal organization …MURDER FOR HIRE …and anybody who says, “No they are not”, is dumber than a brick, by scaring you with threats, bombs, assignations, or JIZYA …not just my opinion …but FACT! What’s JIZYA you may ask? It’s BLACKMAIL MONEY …they want to call it JIZYA!
Mr. President, you will NEVER ever, ever, ever get a real agreement, a meaningful treaty with Islam …never …ever! If it doesn’t benefit Islam 100% …it is meaningless. They kill their women for not wearing their scarves over their heads! They kill their offspring if they don’t marry Islam …and call it an honor killing!
