I’ve written this before and will say it again…according to Article 2 of the Constitution, and Constitutional Attorney and Democrat, Al Dershowitz, the President, has the sole authority to set Foreign Policy and designate Representatives to help him carry it out, period! Mr. Dershowitz also stated that there are only 4, very specific ways a President can be removed…that’s for “the conviction of Treason, Bribery, High Crimes and Misdemeanors” and nothing else!
When the President fired Comey, the same Schiff, claimed the President committed Obstruction, or Collusion (no such crime in USC), and MUST be impeached because Schiff swore he had personally seen the overwhelming evidence against Trump. Well why did he not show that evidence?…because he didn’t have anything…just like right now…he’s a pathetic liar and he HIMSELF must be held and charged for HIS crimes…namely Treason, Perjury, Sedition for trying to overturn our Republic and removing a duly elected President for no legal reason! This guy is supposedly a lawyer and a US Congressman. He MUST be held to a higher ethic standard because some people actually believe what he says!
According to our Rule of Law, the President can make any deal he wants with Ukraine, as long as it’s for the US and not personal…like Biden did and admitted to, on camera! We all read or heard what the President said and only Schiff could hear something no one else heard! The AG should subpoena Schiff to testify before a Grand Jury and force him to produce the evidence he never had and indict for him for the crimes he committed. Let a Federal jury decide if Schiff is a traitor. At the same time, indict Biden and his son for Hobbs Act-Extortion. Again there’s Probable Cause (PC) to believe Biden did as he said…so let a Federal jury decide and NOT Schiff or Pelosi!
I’ve been case Agent on several Hobbs Act cases and was involved in the successful prosecution of some. Biden violated Title 18 Section 1951 USC and must be brought to justice! That’s what the President was trying to do when Pelosi and Schiff obstructed!
Who violated their “Oath of Office”, Nancy? Subpoena Pelosi as well…she has no Executive Privilege. Did Schiff conspire with her to overthrow a duly elected President and our Republic? I say, YES…!
